🧾 B. Identification of the Intellectual Property
Please include one or more of the following to establish ownership:
• Copyright registration number

• Proof of ownership (original files, timestamps, portfolio links)
• URLs, images, or documents demonstrating original creation
• Any additional verification materials if requested

Include:
• Exact URL(s) where the infringing content appears
• Clear description of how the content violates your rights
• Screenshots or visual evidence (optional but helpful)

“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
“The information provided in this claim is accurate, and I am the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
“I understand that submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences.”

• An electronic signature (typed full legal name)
⏳ 4. What Happens After a Claim Is Submitted
After receiving a valid IP claim, we may take the following actions:
• Review the claim within 3–5 business days
• Temporarily remove or disable access to the reported content
• Contact the claimant for clarification or additional details
• Notify the content uploader or seller
• Permanently remove infringing content if appropriate
• Request additional documentation if necessary
Each claim is evaluated individually and handled with care.
🔁 5. Counter-Notification Process
If content is removed due to an IP claim, the uploader may submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was incorrect.
A counter-notification must include:
• Full legal name and contact details
• Identification of the removed content
• Explanation of why the claim is believed to be mistaken
• Evidence of ownership or authorization
• Consent to U.S. jurisdiction for legal disputes
• Physical or electronic signature
Once received:
• The counter-notification will be forwarded to the original claimant
• The claimant has 10–14 business days to initiate legal action
• Content may be restored if no court order is provided
