• • The Super Absorbent Mat must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number).

2. Our team will review your request and provide a prepaid return shipping label (at no cost to you).
3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned mat, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
