2. How to Cancel Your Order

If you have had a change of heart, you must notify us before our daily cut-off time at 5:00 PM (EST). To request a cancellation:

• Email support@keyesfamilystore.com immediately.
• Include “CANCELLATION” and your Order Number in the subject line.
• If the request is received before the cut-off time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Changing Order Information

We can only make changes to your order (such as updating a shipping address or changing a quantity) if the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse team.

Note: Once an order is assigned a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to intercept the package or redirect it. If you provided an incorrect address and the package has already shipped, please refer to our Shipping Policy regarding address accuracy responsibility.

4. If It’s Too Late to Cancel

If your order has already been shipped and you no longer want the product, you will need to follow our 30-day Return & Refund Policy. You can return the unused Super Absorbent Mat in its original packaging once it arrives. Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this may lead to logistical delays in processing your eventual refund.

5. Order Discrepancies

If you received an order confirmation for something you did not intend to buy, please contact our support desk during our operating hours (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST). We will do our absolute best to hold the shipment and correct the error before it leaves our Bakersfield location.
