Intellectual Property Claim

1. Reporting Infringement

To file an intellectual property claim regarding any content on Keyesfamilystore.com, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the specific URL link(s).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and an email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright/trademark owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Action Upon Receipt of Notice

Once a valid and complete Intellectual Property Claim is received, Keyesfamilystore will:

1. Remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing.
2. Notify the individual who posted the material that access has been disabled or the material has been removed.
3. Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances to maintain the integrity of our marketplace.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent. This notice must include your identification, a description of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake.

4. Keyesfamilystore Trademarks

All content, including but not limited to the “Keyesfamilystore” name, logo, and custom marketing materials for our Super Absorbent Mats, are the intellectual property of Keyesfamilystore. Any unauthorized use of our branding, images, or proprietary descriptions is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
