To ensure the safety and speed of your delivery, Keyesfamilystore partners with the following premium carriers:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

4. Address Accuracy & Modifications

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at support@keyesfamilystore.com before the order cut-off time.

5. Unexpected Delays

While we guarantee our handling times, transit times are estimates provided by carriers. Occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, holiday seasons, or carrier disruptions. In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively notify you via your registered email address.
